Thank you for your order! Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping worldwide*. Your item  are shipped from our warehouses located in either China , United Stated, or Europe (as per available stock).The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for orders to process.You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
  2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about  3-8 weeks. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-4 weeks to arrive at their destination.However, they can take longer depends on your location.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address). 

Please see each individual product for shipping times. We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days (8 Weeks) under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a FULL REFUND. We DO NOT OFFER refunds while product is in transit as it is already on the way. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer. Factors such as delayed logistics, holiday periods such as Christmas and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. It is up to the consumer to pay for any customs fees if necessary.

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers. Please DO NOT order if you want the item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility to the couriers and the current conditions out of our control.

Where are your products shipped from?

The majority of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in China with a select few items from other distributors in other countries including in the United States, and Europe. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times. Our products will be QC, packaged and shipped from our warehouse.

    Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

    Is shipping really FREE?

    Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on most items.

    Do you offer a tracking number?

    Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of check out. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 8-10 business days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

    There will be tracking number provided for these countries: United State, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, France, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Denmark, Italy, Austria,Belgium, Poland, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau! For rest of the world, you can still receive free shipping but no tracking info will be provided.

    You should receive an email with tracking details when your package has shipped. (Also check your Spam folder if you can't find it).

     

    Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated for a long time. Can you tell me where it is? 

    Unfortunately, We only see the same tracking information as you.The tracking information usually takes  8-10 business days for tracking status to show up correctly on the tracking number since there is a lag time between USPS updating.

    However, in some cases, international orders can take up to 4 weeks to clear customs. If the tracking information was last departed from the warehouse and has not updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way overseas. Once it arrives at that next overseas destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 4 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again.

    Why did my order not arrive in one package?

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.This means, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic, if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.  

    What about customs?

    For our international customers, we usually declare lower value to avoid extra tax charges. Because our prices are very affordable, so far we have not yet had customers who need to pay extra for tax duty.

    However, payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

    Delivery: 

    If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it yet we recommend waiting 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally packages are scanned as delivered before the post office has actually sent them out for delivery. 

    If it has been more than 2 business days, you should speak to anyone in your home or your neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf and contact your local postal delivery person. If you are unable to locate the package that shows “delivered” ,please Note: we are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages. 

    Failed Delivery:

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@missluxy.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. 

    If it is to late for our team to change your address,the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. We can either issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee or we can reship your order for an additional $10.00 to cover our shipping & handling fees. Neither option will be available until the item(s) reaches back to the warehouse and is processed.

    Miss Luxy will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
