Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for intimate apparels* ONLY as long as the item has not been opened or tried on. Due to Health and Safety Regulations regarding these products, it is imperative that you verify ALL ASPECTS of your purchase before ordering. 

*Intimate apparels such as shapewear, swimming suits, panties are considered a hygienic product.

All products come with a free replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. 

A full refunds are only giving only If the item is defective/ damaged or If item has not been received past the 60 days (8 weeks) due to a clerical error on our side.We will be responsible for every mistake on our side.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@missluxy.com- we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

 

What are returns not possible?

If you have placed an order with a wrong item/address; you need to contact our customer services in order to receive the appropriate resolution. You’re not eligible for a return for the following reasons. If:

  • The order is not corrected within 24 hours.

  • The product is not broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or

  • The product is not in the same condition as you received it.

  • All sales are final on the following items:  Panties, bodysuits with panty attached, body shapers, or any intimate under garment that touches the crotch area. (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are UNABLE to issue refunds on opened or tried on items that cover the crotch area). 

  • Received the ordered correct item.

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we can not honor if we want to continue offering great value at Miss Luxy. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  3. We do not accept return or refunds if the products were opened for intimate goods.
  4. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
  5. We do not offer refunds while product is in transit as it is already on the way. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

How long is the return process?

Processing returns may take up to 15 business days from the day we received your return request. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Do you provide return shipping labels?

We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.

Exchanges ( if applicable )

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: info@missluxy.com

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

May I return or exchange my item without contacting you or getting an RMA?

Sorry - no! You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund.

Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

Intimate apparels

If your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Items such as body shapers, panties, bodysuits or swimming suits with panty attached or any intimate under garment that touches the crotch area are considered a hygienic product. We cannot accept returns or give refunds on any item that has been tried on, washed, or altered in anyway after the original package has been opened. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn.

Please note that all sales are final and any item purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded for health and sanitation reasons. Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:

You received the product but it is visibly damaged or the wrong item

If the item arrives damaged or is the wrong item, it needs to be reported to returns@missluxy.com within 3 days of delivery. Please respond to your confirmation email, or send us a new email, that includes your full name, the order number, or description, and pictures that clearly show the damage or incorrect size. When the damage or error is confirmed, we will send a new product to you in accordance with what was ordered; we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please check to make sure that:

  • The product is new, unused, unwashed and that all original product tags are still attached; and
  • The product you are sending for an exchange/return can not be tried on; and
  • The product is defective or damaged (RESTRICTIONS FOR INTIMATE WEAR APPLY)
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange.  

For certain products of Miss Luxy: Legal Disclaimer - Due to the hygienic nature of these products and by law of the United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, on any item that has been tried on, washed, altered in anyway after the original package has been opened. Items such as body shapers, panties, bodysuits or swimming suits with panty attached or any intimate under garment that touches the crotch area. All sale are final.

Request your Return Authorization emailing returns@missluxy.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the designated address of the warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost missing or returned packages. Please email proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Miss Luxy. Send a picture of the tracking receipt or tracking number. Failure to comply may result in voiding return process. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer but to our warehouse in USA. If you return the item back to the manufacturer, we will not issue a replacement or a refund as it is an unauthorized return.

Buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Please, remember the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in USA .

We once again remind you to please use the size chart on our product page to ensure you're selecting the correct size and fit for the item you are purchasing. 

You've received the product and it does not fit: 

We are aware that you cannot try on the items you purchased online before buying it, therefore, please make sure you to take measurements of yourself before placing your order and consult the sizing chart on the item page. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items due to sizing. 

For certain products of MissLuxy: Legal Disclaimer - Due to the hygienic nature of these products and by law of the United States health regulations, we cannot accept returns, give refunds, on any item that has been tried on, washed, altered in anyway after the original package has been opened. Items such as body shapers, panties, bodysuits, or swimming suits with panty attached or any intimate under garment that touches the crotch area. 

We cannot determine if the product was worn or not. This product can cause a health problem if retrieved from a customer from an unsanitized environment. These products cannot be refurbished in any way. We don’t handle Refunds or Exchanges under any circumstances. Please note that all sales are final.

We once again remind you to please use the size chart on our product page to ensure you're selecting the correct size and fit for the item you are purchasing.  Miss Luxy is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fitting issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

      Your product is damaged after use: 

      If you use your product and the fabric rips or tears, it is not eligible for an exchange or refund because this is not a manufacture defect. Our products are high quality and will not tear if the correct size is ordered and used properly. We do not cover damage due to misuse.

      Why are intimate apparels non-exchangeable if opened?

      Item such as shapewear, swimming suits, panties are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers.

      How do I initiate a return or exchange for intimate apparels? 

      In order to initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail returns@missluxy.com with your order number and the following information, and we'll be happy to provide you with our return address and an RMA label if you qualify for a return.

      •  Please read about our refund policy here and our return & exchange policy for intimate apparels. 
      •  If you agree to our refund/exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been opened or tried on, please e-mail us and copy/paste the following statement:

      "I, (insert your full name), agree to the Miss Luxy refund/exchange policy and understand if Miss Luxy finds that the item has been opened or tried on, I will not receive a refund or exchange and I will be responsible for paying for my own shipping costs for returning item"

       

       OTHER ITEMS

      We will issue a full refund, provided the item returned complies with the following conditions:

      • Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
      • The product must be returned with the paper tags on the garment. We won’t be able to accept a garment without tags.
      • You MUST contact us within 3 days after the product after is delivered to you.If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

      CHARGEBACK

      For any unjust or failed chargeback cases, you will be charged and held liable for all fees incurred by our legal team and collection agency, including any surcharge we may incur during the process.
